The marketplace exists to help Haitian-owned businesses and members exchange goods within a trusted community.
1. Listing requirements
Listings must include accurate titles, clear descriptions, honest photos, truthful pricing, and the seller's contact preference.
2. Seller responsibilities
Sellers must own or have the right to sell the item, respond to inquiries respectfully, and honor agreed terms.
3. Buyer responsibilities
Buyers should communicate clearly, respect agreed pricing, and report problems through the platform's report tools.
4. Prohibited items
Weapons, illegal drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit merchandise, occult products, pornography, alcohol, tobacco, items violating intellectual property, and any item that contradicts our Haitian community standards.
5. Fraud prevention
Sellers and buyers must not misrepresent identity, location, or product condition. We monitor activity for fraudulent patterns and may remove listings or accounts.
6. Dispute disclaimer
Radio Tele Klasik does not mediate financial disputes between buyers and sellers. We may, at our discretion, restrict accounts when serious complaints are substantiated.
7. Featured listings
Sellers may pay to feature listings. Featured placement does not constitute an Radio Tele Klasik endorsement of the seller or product.
8. Reporting listings
Use the report button on any listing to flag prohibited content, suspected fraud, or community guideline violations.
9. Payment processing
Radio Tele Klasik does not process payments between buyers and sellers at this stage. Buyers and sellers transact directly and assume the associated risk.
