By accessing or using Radio Tele Klasik, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Platform usage rules
You agree to use Radio Tele Klasik only for lawful purposes consistent with our mission to serve the global Haitian community.
2. Account responsibilities
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or older where required by local law. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Community standards
All members must follow the Radio Tele Klasik Community Guidelines. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or termination.
4. User-generated content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Radio Tele Klasik a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform and for marketing the platform itself.
5. Copyright policy
Do not upload content you do not have the right to share. See our Copyright Policy for our DMCA-style takedown procedure.
6. Marketplace rules
Sellers must comply with the Marketplace Policy. Radio Tele Klasik does not process payments between buyers and sellers at this stage and is not a party to those transactions.
7. Gig Hub rules
Service providers and clients must comply with the Gig Hub Policy. Radio Tele Klasik facilitates introductions but is not a party to agreements between providers and clients.
8. Event rules
Event organizers must comply with the Event Policy, including accuracy of event details and adherence to community standards.
9. Donations
Donations are governed by the Donation Policy. Donations are generally non-refundable except as expressly stated.
10. Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten platform safety, or harm other members.
11. Liability limitations
Radio Tele Klasik is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radio Tele Klasik is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Haiti, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where local mandatory law applies to members in other jurisdictions, those protections remain in effect.
